Enjoy these meaty ribs doused in this flavorful, tangy sauce. The direct heat from the HERO grill will create a beautiful, smoky char on the meat. Wrap the ribs in foil and mop with sauce and cook until they are bite-off the bone tender.

Yields: 2 main course servings
1 cup apple-cider vinegar
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
1 tsp. smoked paprika
3 lbs. country style ribs
FIRST Combine sauce ingredients in a portable container. In a large, zip-top plastic bag combine rib ingredients and toss until coated. Place in a cooler until ready for use.
NEXT Using HERO Grill instructions, light charcoal pod, and prepare grill for cooking. Place ribs on grill, and cook for 6 - 8 minutes on all four sides. Place ribs in foil and mop generously with sauce, tightly wrapping foil and cook for an additional 45 - 50 minutes, internal temp should reach 195 degrees F.
LAST Remove ribs from foil and place back on grates. Mop ribs with remaining sauce, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes. Serve with mop sauce for dipping.
